Bedding
Aspen wood (Populus Tremula) is a very soft type of wood, which does not contain resin, has low bulk density and a high capacity of liquid absorption.
This makes Aspen wood ideal for use as bedding.
Only fresh, healthy and decorticated trees from toxicologically-free areas are used. Pesticide and chemical free.
Routine analysis is carried out on each batch.
Levels of heavy metals and pesticide contaminants are consistently below limits set as satisfactory for animal diets, which are used in the absence of any formal standards for animal bedding. These limits are accepted by major laboratories worldwide, via studies carried out in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations.
